Rozy was admitted to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 2015 and has since built a distinguished career as an advocate with over a decade of legal practice in Sarawak. She specializes in civil and criminal litigation, with expertise in personal injury claims, divorce matters, debt recovery, bankruptcy, administrative and local government law, as well as anti-corruption law.
Rozy has successfully conducted trials in both the Subordinate and High Courts, and has appeared before the Court of Appeal, earning a solid reputation and recognition for her legal acumen, depth of courtroom experience, and strong advocacy skills. Her approach to litigation is strategic and client-focused, balancing technical precision with practical solutions to achieve effective outcomes.
Prior to joining the firm, Rozy served as a partner at a reputable law firm, where she played a key role in managing complex litigation, mentoring junior lawyers, and shaping the firm’s strategic direction. Throughout her tenure, she was widely acknowledged for her diligent work ethic, analytical precision, and client-focused approach, consistently delivering effective results, which significantly strengthened the firm’s litigation practice and enhanced its standing for professionalism and legal excellence.
Beyond her legal practice, Rozy is an active member of the Advocates’ Association of Sarawak (AAS). She currently holds positions as a Central Committee Member and Secretary of the AAS Bintulu Branch, where she contributes to advancing the legal profession through policy development and coordination of branch-level initiatives.
